@Primethion2021Are you willing to share which mod you're trying to report? The only criteria I know for mods is that they're not allowed to be behind a paywall and are not allowed to incite hate so I'm curious why you're trying to report it
Based on what I've found, the criteria of whether a mod is allowed is loosely based on the Postive Play Charter (which can be found here: -play/charter) and if what you say is true (that this mod is essentially WW for young sims) then it breaks TOS and should be correctly responded to since The Sims themselves have confirmed that they do not allow this type of content before as seen through the image attached
